As experienced strawberry growers we understand the susceptibility strawberries have to root rot and other soil diseases. We’ve avoided standard practices like fumigation and applying chemicals by using coconut fibre bags on tables instead of growing in the ground.

While this does add its own challenges, it increases immunity and makes it easier to grow plants in a way that is also less attractive for pests to live in them.

Growing in greenhouses means plants are kept out of the rain, significantly reducing the amount of fungicides used. This also allows us to significantly increase and maintain temperatures during spring/autumn/winter which means our delicious strawberries can be avalible for longer periods throughout the year.
